Liquid Life was created as a solution to combat the micro-nutrient deficiency health crises. Across the world, and especially in Hawaii, our nutrient levels are extremely depleted causing a lack of strength and diversity in our gut biomes. This lack of diversity causes major hormonal issues resulting in poor health, obesity, inflammation and even auto-immune diseases.
On top of that, “diet culture” is doing real harm to women’s mental health making it harder than ever to create change that lasts. I’m here to be a voice and advocate for your well being as a reminder that it’s possible to love yourself just as you are and take effective steps towards a healthier, more vibrant life. Often one of the greatest challenges of prioritizing your health is finding the TIME. Our Fit By Fall program specifically addresses time hurdles and how to overcome them and I look forward to working with you to meet your health goals.
